I'm a big fan of Mindy Audlin (Mindy, I first heard you speak at Unity Church of the Hills in Austin about a year ago and it was life changing). THANKS!
I DEFINITELY need to "What if UP" since my mind usually goes in the opposite direction! The older I get the more I seem to worry and be anxious and I KNOW that sort of thinking interferes with my life and my health and my relationships.
The goals I want to work on are to organize and declutter my house, to get my finances organized and under control and to take care of some health issues. I am EAGER to get started with the "What If Up" process
